At CelsiusPro, I serve as a Senior Product Manager with a strong emphasis on project and program management across multidisciplinary teams. My role involves steering both strategic planning and hands-on delivery for technology initiatives. I work closely with the Software Engineering, R&D, and Product Management teams to align medium-term technical goals with business priorities, while also managing high-impact client projects.
