Team Structure Design
Led the design and implementation of a development team structure, defining clear roles and responsibilities to optimise efficiency and productivity within the Tech Department.
Project Planning and Management
Defined project scope, goals, and deliverables, and developed comprehensive project plans encompassing timelines, tasks, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
Resource Management
Efficiently managed project resources, including budget, equipment, and personnel, while monitoring resource utilisation and adjusting allocations as necessary to meet project requirements.
CI/CD Workflow Design
Designed a robust CI/CD workflow tailored to the organisation’s needs, overseeing the seamless integration of automated deployment processes to enhance software delivery speed and reliability.
Technical Guidance
