Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and lead agile program management efforts for the Software Engineering team. Ensure alignment across squads, resolve blockers, and maintain consistent delivery cadence.
Medium-Term Technology Planning
Coordinate mid-range technical planning efforts across Software Engineering, R&D, and Product Management. Help translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and maintain alignment between product vision and technical execution.
Platform Implementation Oversight
Manage end-to-end implementation of the CelsiusPro platform for new and existing clients. Coordinate resources, timelines, and stakeholder communications to ensure smooth delivery.
Technology Roadmap Development
Support the creation and refinement of the technology roadmap. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise initiatives and ensure delivery feasibility across teams.
Client Pilot Project Management
Oversee client-facing pilot initiatives focused on parametric product development and calibration. Ensure pilot goals are met, and learnings are captured to inform product improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment
Act as a liaison between engineering, product, and business units. Ensure clear communication of priorities, responsibilities, and timelines across teams.
