At Fusebox, I contributed as a part-time project management consultant, collaborating closely with their client CelsiusPro. My primary focus was on facilitating project management and driving operational excellence by establishing efficient processes and enhancing existing workflows within the Software and R&D teams. This role allowed me to leverage my expertise in aligning cross-functional teams with organisational objectives, fostering a culture of agility and innovation.
Facilitating Project Management
Oversee and manage projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This involves creating project plans, defining milestones, and tracking progress while addressing risks or roadblocks.
Improving Current Workflows
Assess existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, then implement improvements to ensure smoother operations and better collaboration across teams.
Performance Metrics and Reporting
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and team efficiency. Regularly report findings to stakeholders and suggest adjustments where necessary.
Setting Up Processes
Develop and implement workflows, methodologies, and standard operating procedures to streamline operations and enhance team productivity. This may involve introducing agile practices or other frameworks to improve efficiency.
Team Coaching and Development
Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them adopt best practices and new methodologies. This includes mentoring individuals to improve their skills and collaboration abilities.
